How personal data is handled on this website. The product itself stores nothing on our servers — that is described on the security page.
This is a translation for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.
The controller for data processing on this website under the GDPR is:
We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer. Please send any data protection question to the address above.
You have the right to information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). An informal email is enough.
Right to object. Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records the data your browser transmits: the address requested, date and time, volume transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system, and the IP address.
This is technically necessary to deliver the page and keep the service secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). This data is not combined with anything else. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
If you write to us through the contact form, we process what you enter — name, email address, company, topic and your message — solely to answer your enquiry. The message is delivered to our mailbox; it is not stored in a separate database and is not passed to third parties for marketing.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete enquiries once they are resolved, unless statutory retention periods apply.
The form contains a field invisible to you that filters spam. It is neither evaluated nor stored.
The demo booking buttons take you to a booking page operated by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data is transmitted to Google only once you click; no Google service is embedded in this website. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
What Google processes there is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter in the booking form in order to hold the meeting; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We use Plausible Analytics, a provider incorporated in Estonia whose servers are in Germany. Plausible measures use of this website without cookies and without accessing your device.
No cookies are set, and no local storage or browser cache is used. Plausible stores neither your IP address nor your user agent in the clear; visits are distinguished using a hash with a salt that rotates daily and is then deleted. No personal profiles are created, and recognition beyond a single day is not possible.
Because no information is accessed on your device, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimising measurement of website use). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Plausible.
This website uses no cookies that would require consent — which is why you see no cookie banner. Also absent: Google Fonts or any externally loaded typefaces (all fonts are served from our own server), social media plugins, ad networks, tracking pixels, and embedded YouTube or Vimeo players. The video on the home page is hosted on our own server and only loads once you press play.
Server logs are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest. Contact form enquiries are deleted once finally dealt with, unless commercial or tax retention periods apply. Plausible's reports are aggregated and contain no personal data.
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS encryption. You can see this from the padlock in your browser's address bar.
We update this notice when processing on this website changes — for example through new features or a change of provider. The version published here is the one that applies.
How the product itself handles your data — it runs entirely inside your own Salesforce org — is described on the security page.
